  4.      EPISTAT is a collection of programs written in BASICA for
  5.      statistical analysis of small to medium sized data samples.
  6.      samples.  It includes programs to ENTER, APPEND, AND EDIT
  7.      data, as well as perform several kinds of data
  8.      TRANSFORMATIONS.  The 21 programs in EPISTAT can also perform
  9.      34 common statistical tests or functions.  The programs are
  10.      user-friendly, all questions can be asnwered with a number,
  11.      a "Y" for yes, or an "N" for no.
  12.      There is a documentation file called PRINTDOC which can be
  13.      printed out (9 pages).
